Step 3 - Refresh & Reset

After your session you can, elevate your cool-down with a refreshing essential oil-infused towel, available for purchase at checkout. Feel renewed and ready to return to your day with greater clarity and ease.

All surfaces are sanitized after each session with eco-friendly disinfectants, headset covers, and protective thin nylon coverings for your feet, each guest using the sound lounge receives fresh linens.   1. Check-in -You’ll be welcomed at the front desk and guided through your session options and relaxation essentials.

  2. Settle-in - Place your belongings on one of our tables. Remove any jewelry, belts, watches, and empty pockets for comfort. Take off shoes and put on nylon socks.

  3. Freshen & Prepare - Wash or sanitize hands. Elevate your experience with our relaxation essentials. Refresh with our refreshing essential-oil infused towels. Relax as we prepare your massage chair or lounge as we ensure everything is sanitized and ready.

  4. Relax & Restore - Our expert in relaxation and Vibroacoustic Therapy Practitioner will help you get comfortable and tailor the settings - zero gravity, heat, foot rolling, water pressure, compression and sound- all to your individual and unique needs.
